Shelly this is a good topic and one I was a bit curious about now that I have a PT.
My PT changed my whole diet around and over the last two weeks I've seen some changes that are very weird in the sense that my fitness has improved.
I don't suffer from colds hardly and she had me change the times I eat and types of food, while adding two supplements Vandal sulfate, Chronium and I've noticed an increase in recovery and don't feel run down.
Still not sure if its the changes with the PT and this is just a mental conditioning afftect, or my feeling changes to my body.
