Honestly to if you're someone reading this that is young and your parents don't know you smoke and you don't want them to find out, you may want to brave it up and do so, i was 14 when i got my tonsils removed and due to not telling them i was a smoker they didn't warn me to quit smoking at least a week before i had my surgery and i nearly bled out on the table, some things are worth saying because it may save your life

I had my tonsils removed and I smoked 5 days after my surgery. I don't recommend smoking so soon, however, if u use a bowl, don't use a carb and only smoke just till u feel good. That's what I did and I was able to swallow much better. I went home and ate mashed potatoes without any problems.

If it helps i Just had mine removed on Monday, and I smoked a good 3g worth of bud till 12pm Sunday night , had them out at 12am with no effects from bud. But damn am i tempted to make a small blunt now. and only on day 2 T-T

I just had to go back in and get my throat cauterized because I was smoking just don’t smoke at all. It caused really bad bleeding I had to Gatorade bottles filled with blood because the smoking dried out my throat.
