can you get preg the day after ur period
i get my period for maybe 1 day a month. i have done ovulation testing from a home kit and i do ovulate. my husband and i follow this and ensure intercourse is had for several days as soon as the hormone is detected. I have not been able to get pregnant yet for 6 months. In fact we have had unprotected sex of all kinds (meaning he does cum instead of me and have for 5 years) and nothing so far. we have a fairly regular sex schedule whether we were trying for a baby or not. i thought we would have hit one of the ovulation windows by now. stupid question but if you do hit the window exactly does that pretty much guarantee a baby? or does that mean possible trouble?

You don't have to hit the "window" exactly. Sperm can survive about 5 days and the egg is viable for about 48 hours after ovulation.
If it's been more than a year, you both should see a fertility specialist. You can expect a full physical, including blood work and an internal exam. Your partner can expect a sperm count. It could be either or both of you.

i havent got my perido for over a month and 2 weeks and a did an hpt and it came out negative. i have a 28 day cycle. and im scared to go a preganncy test.
I had sex on the 2nd day of my period and he finished in me 3 times, than we had sex again the next day which is 3rd day on period and he finsihed inside me again. Could I be preganant? I am on period day 4.
