I am going through a natural miscarriage now. I went in for an ultrasound at 5w6d and to see if the pregnancy was ectopic and they found the pregnancy in the right place, but said it was measuring small. I went in exactly a week later for a ultrasound at 6w6d and there was no growth. I was told I would miscarry within a few days. I was told the embryo was consistent with 4w6d.

A week and a day later, at 7w6d ( a couple of days ago) I felt extremely ice cold. I had to turn the heat on, and sleep with a sweater on.

The next day, at 8w0d exactly, I felt dizzy and faint while taking a shower. A little later, I wiped an noticed a clotted smear. About an hour later, I noticed dark brown, almost black blood.

I'm currently on the second day of the miscarriage. So far, the bleeding hasn't been extraordinary, although I have passed small clots. Also, the blood is stringy and not very liquid-y. Didn't really cramp much yesterday, although I noticed that they are getting stronger, (liked a typical period).
