how long will it take for the lump in the scrotum to disappear after varicocelectomy?

Me too! I had varicocele repair surgery around 4 months ago and mine is almost just as big or larger than before!!!
I just had the a bilateral varicocelectomy 10 days ago and ask my doc this same question. He said that it normally takes a little over 6 months for the lumps to disappear (or at least become significantly less noticeable).
