Hello I am a 14 year old, 5ft 10/11 195 pounds. How many calories should I consume every day on a diet I will be starting the diet in a weeks time. When I will be doing my diet I am going to the teen gym as well so that means I will be doing A LOT of exercise. Thanks in advance.
