hi i just wanna ask how many times should we urinate every day? becuse im urinating almost every after 20-30 mins. An im afraid that there a problem regarding these and i think that it is not normal already...please help me regrading these...

It can vary depending upon your fluid intake. Some drinks, containing caffeine, are diuretics. They can make you urinate.
But, it can also indicate a problem, possibly diabetes, or even a urinary tract infection.
