I weight around 136-142 depending on what's going on. I lost like 13 pounds last summer and I dance a lot about 13 hours or a little more and my bones are to years ahead to I guess you could say I'm 15. I eat somewhat healthy I'm not a total pig but I will eat some bad things in a week. Just wanted to know your opinion?
From what you posted, it sounds like you are pretty much at what you should weigh. If you are on the athletic side, you can weigh a little more just because muscle weighs more than fat. If you are dancing a lot like you said, it seems that you are athletic. As a teenager, you should be eating all the fruits and vegetables you can. You will develop good habits into adulthood this way, avoiding the weight gain that happens when you go off to college or leave home. Eating right and keeping up with exercise, at least 30 minutes a day, will keep you trim and healthy.
Sweetheart you're young and kinda short :) your fine. Keep dancing and moving and eating. Enjoy life, don't let go of yourself, but seriously there's plenty other things to worry about then your weight which is fine :)
