I can’t define how much to eat? If I eat a lot of fat but my intake is less than my BMR, will I gain weight? I have two meals a day and I don’t exercise to much. I sit while I am at work…so any suggestions will be great.
Daily fat intake is within the normal range for a 2,000 calorie diet and if you’re otherwise healthy and feeling well, I see no need to change what you're doing. I would recommend you eat three meals a day, or maybe even more but small meals. That way you will speed up your metabolism. Take care.
