Hello! I am a personal trainer in South Dakota. I offer a Women's Weights class for woman only and I recently got asked the question, "How much weight should I expect to gain after this class is over in 8 weeks?" I didn't have an answer for this woman and was wondering if you had any idea? I know that a lot of the women are losing inches and that is the result that I want them to see! What can I tell this particular woman?
