hi i am 22 years old when i was 5 years i fire on my hand an some part of may body and my skin is normal . so did you is there any possile to treat or come back as normal skin

Depending upon the severity of the fire it's likely what you see now is scar tissue. Regular skin won't just grow back if the damage is deep.
There is no "one" answer to solving this. It depends upon the severity of the injury and where it's located? Is it on the palm, the top of the hand, the fingers, etc? Treatment varies.
