Your height does depend a lot on that of your immediate family members. For instance, how tall your father and mother are, or the same sex as you are on each side of your family. You indicated that your dad is 5'11 and that many of the men in your family are all over 6 feet. That will give you a good indication of how tall you are going to be. It really seems to depend on genetics, not stretching or what you eat. Are you planning on pursuing sports, or currently in basketball?
By the way, I know someone who was the shortest kid in class in 9th grade, and made it to 6 feet by grade 12. He was the runt in a family full of six footers, but over the course of a few years in high school became the tallest in his immediate family.

It sounds like you're dong fine...You are already a respectable height, and you will likely continue developing physically, in one way or another, until you are 22. It sounds like your are headed for the grandad's side in terms of your height. Don't worry about it. It sounds like you're doing great!
