Hey friends! i am Saif ,18 from kashmir,india ! i just wanted to know some of the ways of having a healthy lifestyle ! how to stay fit and develope a good stamina ! i think i am too lazy and this thing can get on my studies ! and to be honest i feel sleepy and dizzy all the day ! someone please suggest me something ,maybe some exercises or something like that ! adios ~!
