Hello. I'm 29 year old female and I have some questions. You see, about a year ago my husband and I have decided to have a baby.
I have read a lot of stuff about so called -tips for getting pregnant.
Some of them claimed that the sex position has the major role and some of them that pregnancy pills could be the only secure way to get pregnant.
But I have figured out that this nothing could be possible if I don’t know the timing of my ovulation. No pill and no sexual position can make you pregnant if you are not ovulating at the time you are having sex. So, I'm interested to find out how should I be sure that I'm ovulating! Any suggestions?
I have read your post and I think you are definitely right about all this. It doesn’t meter which method you choose to improve your chances for getting pregnant if you don’t know the right timing of your ovulation. There are several ways you can do this. There are some expensive electric devises on the market such as basal thermometers that can calculate your ovulation but I really don’t believe in this and like to do it on old fashion way.
Make your own chart of ovulation. Take your temperature as soon as you wake up, before you get out of bed, go to the bathroom or do anything. It is crucial that you take your temperature at the same time every morning if you can. One day in month you will notice that your temperature start to decreasing and then again0 it raises up to normal limits. The best time to have sex is between the time your temperature drops and before it rises again.
