Hi I am new to the fourm and would like some advice. I played soccer for 10 years and quit in high school and then ran one season of cx then just quit everything. Its been about 9 years since then and I'm tired of being lazy and out of shape. Been running a little over 2 weeks now. First week and a half I did 3.5 miles a day with no stopping. Now I'm at 5 miles a day with a .5mile warm up before. I signed up for the Duke City Marathon 5k in October and would like to run a 20 minute 5k. Could anyone please help coach me with q running work out to get to this goal by then? Thanks
