Are you saying every time you masturbate your testicles grow? Is it possible they have been growing slowly but you only look at them after masturbation and so only notice it then?
The most likely causes need a doctor's attention. In the mean time get a light (e.g LED torch) and put it behind your testicles, if your ball lights up you have a hydrocele.
