I am trying my best to lead a healthy life, but as always it looks like healthy is not as healthy as it should be. I thought that small amount of Trans-fat will be ok for me to use, but it looks like that has to go of the menu too. So, I would like to know how to get rid of those? Do you know?
I think that since the last year, trans fats has to be under the line for saturated fat on the food products. So, you will find out that some treats you have been eating are far from healthy, but some are actually free of it. But I have also heard that if it says 0 gram per serving, it can contain up to 0.5 grams! And it is allowed by the law! I guess it is hard to avoid them, but that’s how it is.
