your boobs definitely don't stop growing at 16 I'm 18 and though mine are really small they are still growing for sure so don't worry you have plenty of time :)

i find that rubbing olvie oil and masssaging them circulrar is a good way i only just started and i was flat chested and im seeing great resultsxxx hope it works;-)
right listen i thnk if you really like him then he should like you for who u are but if you really want to make them bigger use olvie oil massage them and drink lots of milk i only just started and im already seeing results hope this helpedxxx
