As I was a bit ill during the past few months my strength is reduced and I feel pretty exhausted. Pneumonia can really make you become rusty and out of condition. But I want to get back in the saddle again, so I need more strength. How to improve it and what kind of training will be suitable for me?

Maybe you should be careful about that pneumonia issue. Since it has the tendency to be recurrent, you should start training only in consultation with your doctor and a fitness trainer who’ll know your situation. The best training for improving strength is working out, and I’d advise you a moderate activity. You don’t have to exercise every day and exhaust yourself. Two to three times a week is just enough for a beginner. You should also take vitamins and minerals in great quantities so that you strengthen your immune system. And don’t expect that strength can be achieved for a short period of time only. You have to be persistent and don’t give up.
