im 19 years old and i am do not consider myself fat but i have this problem where my legs look chubby no matter what i do. I mean, i can loose so much weight but my legs seem to be stuck as they were before. How can i solve this problem. Are there any diet plans that target fat from my legs. Or some combination of exercises and diet so i can loose the fat from my legs. Please, any help is appreciated.
