Today is day 1 of my period but I have bad cramps and I NEED HELP! I can't get birth control pills so I need other ways please D:
Take Advil and take a lot! I know they say don't take more then six in 24 hours so take four or five also heating pads placed on belly or lower back will help!
I'm on my first day too and I'm experiencing bad cramps also :(
if you take to much you could get put in the hospital. i used to much and got really sick, ask your doctor to see how much you should take it different for every person
