Ejaculate into a tissue or paper towel, something that is dispossable, and throw it or flush it when your done. This way, you never get caught.

at 14 i remember being that conscious of my parents, and didnt want them to know, but as you grow up, you will most probably be more relaxed around them, not necessarily sexually, but just less paranoid of them knowing.
i can generally do my business in my bedroom, when my mums in the next room, without the paranoia, and even if she does find out, its like a lot easier when you have been going for a few years, im 16 and i dont really care if my mum finds out, im sure she suspects i masturbate but she doesnt look into it.

This is called retrograde ejaculation and I would not recommend it.
if youve got for-skin, you can use that as a condom and dispose of it in the toilet. sounds strange, i know, but its effective. that or use an actual condom. feels nice too.
