Few months ago I started to often have sex with my gf, but after first two weeks I've noticed the red dots on the penis head and inflamed parts under it -caused by balanitis (at first it wasn't itchy), I thought that it may be from a strong soap (for hands), reaction to latex, irritation caused by the hard material of my pants, sea salt or something else.

Anyway I went to see a doctor and he gave me anti fungal creme which I used for 10 days as he said and a week or two after the red dots disappeared. I searched the internet and found that I should get a ph neutral soap which I did and am using now, and to dry my penis for about 5-10 minutes every day after cleaning it and before putting the creme (I clean it every day one or two times, in the morning and before I go to sleep, so I belive hygiene is not the reason).

We had sex without the condom few times, but only last time I didn't clean it immediately after sex, but the other day afternoon (and this time I didn't used the anti fungal creme for about a 2-3 weeks (?) because there was no dots for a longer while and I thought that I healed the balanitis.

So when I went to clean my penis day after I saw that my penis head is full of the dots again and under it the red parts are very itchy, I immediately started using the cream again (the second tube, as i used the whole first tube of plymicol which has 20g), this is the second day I'm using it but its still itchy. It was never so itchy and there were never so many dots as this time, even it had past only 10-11 hours, the dots were all over my glans. (I mean the dots are still here as it was 2 days ago).

Could it be that its as reaction to a yeast infection if my gf possibly have it? (because I've read somewhere that women that have the yeast infection don't have to get irritations or have any symptoms just have the higher concentration of candida albicans)
so is this true? Because she never had any symptoms.

What should I do to prevent it from happening again?
I would like to continue having sex without the condom (and of course without getting balanitis every time after) so I was thinking of making my immune system stronger with some vitamins.
Would that be a good idea and what also should I use to stonger my immunity?

Please give me advices. Thanks a lot in advance
I think that it could possibly be in reaction to your girlfriend having a yeast infection so I think she may want to look at treatment herself if she hasn't already. The best way to avoid it is to use a condom, to be honest, and that would be what I'd recommend. Does this help you at all?
