I'm 17. I'm a virgin, and very nervous. While takin out my tampon, I wasn't paying attention to how I was doing it, and I felt pain after taking it out. I wasn't sure what was happening. My hymen tore at the end and I'm scare that my mom will jump to conclusions if I tell her. I don't know what to do. Please help!

1. why do you actually have to tell your mum about that?
2. it is quite natural for your hymen to break or wear away when your using tampons so try not to worry.
