Could this be hypoglycemia when I get in the morning I feel light headed and dizzy and sweat? I have a history of low blood sugar and that’s probably what causes these little symptoms. Is it real to have these symptoms with hypoglycemia? I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what it could be.
Are you eating leafy greens high protein or high fat in right way? If you don’t you should be eating plenty of those and that should do the trick and Berries help with this too.
The main goal is to find a satisfactory carbohydrate level that produces little or infrequent symptoms and when you find it, stick with it for a period of up to six months, and then you can see if it is real hypoglycemia.
