For the past several years I have been bothered with abdominal swelling, and lately i have been feeling quite ill with this. I was hospitalized overnight because the dr. discovered pancreitis and he said something is going on with my gall bladder. I feel extremely tired, bowels not working properly and generally feeling unwell. I am hypothyroid and my dr. said that could be the cause of my trouble. Do you think removing the gall bladder could help ? I will be called soon to have an ultra sound and that should tell the story of my gall bladder. I am so tired of swelling up all the time. I am a small person with a rather large abdomen. Is there any help for this condition? Trying not to succumb to despair. Can anyone relate to this sort of problem? Before all of this I was very active with a lot of energy but now it is slowing down.
