I am 16 years old and gone through all the stages of puberty except for the fact that my penis and testicles have not yet grown. I have loads of facial and body hair, i am big in size (muscular), i look a lot older than 16 but my penis and testes have not grown. What is the cause of this?

Some guys get big early and others later. Your penis can still grow into your 20's.
Don't compare yourself to others, everyone develops at different rates and times.
