anyone have any suggestions other then taking dieting pills or buying anything..anything i can do with what i have at home..like with a treadmill or like any eating or excercising tips. ?
You shouldn't be concerned with weight loss.

1) You're only twelve, go play on the playground and enjoy your childhood.
2) You're at a fine weight, you're not overweight...
3) If you want to GET IN SHAPE which is different, just eat healthier and exersize every day.
