I am a little bit over weight and i was just wondering how I can lose weight fast and easy without starving myself or being annorexic.

There is absolutely no need to starve in order to loose weight. On the contrary eat balanced foods and then a regular exercise regime. Just remember that food that we eat is converted into energy. Any excess energy not utilised by the body is stored as fat. So, the best way to reduce weight is a workout or an exercise that you can do regularly everyday. Good luck
