My penis is the size of my little finger when erect, and about an inch flaccid. I am incredibly small for my age (I'm thirteen and I'm a head and a half shorter than the rest of my year) I have a fairly high voice. My balls are lower than they were half a year ago, but they still haven't dropped. However, the hair inbetween my nose and my top lips is now noticeable, I've got a couple of scraggly pubes above and to the sides of my penis and on my balls and I have grown considerably this half a year. My voice is lower but still like an octave and a half higher than all the other guys in my year and I can produce precum. Where the f**k am I at? I am constantly teased about my height, my voice and this sorta thing - "I bet you've never jizzed?" "Nah, you're wrong, I bet you he doesn't even have a penis! Look at him - a voice higher than half the girls, about the height of a nine year old, he hates football and prefers to play the piano and no obvious interest in girls." "Oh yeah, you've got a point there! Lol! Lol! Lol! *while pointing at me*..."

Hi Guest,

You are NORMAL and clearly in puberty.

Everyone develops at different rates and times.  There is nothing you can do to speed the process up.  Some guys don't start puberty until 15 and that's normal too.

These guys are teasing you likely because they get a reaction.  Don't stoop to their level, you are better than that.  Ignore them, as hard as it is, ignore them.

Yes, your balls have dropped.  If you can feel them both in your scrotum they've dropped.  They actually drop around birth.

Hang in there.  Your penis can easily keep growing into your early 20's.  Don't compare yourself to others.

Hope it helps.

Thanks, its just cuz its been about a year and a half ive been teased and bullied. I go to a boarding school and both my dormmates have very low voices and i am up to just under their shoulders, which is why its become such a problem. One other thing, I'm also pretty immature mentally as well - as I am almost always incredibly hyperactive and generally, I guess, silly. I got suspended for being ridiculously disorganised and now have to see the school psychologist. He thinks I have ADD and I agree as I canno focus on anything I'm not interested in, but I think it might be ADHD able cuz of the hyper thing. Any ideas how to help as I'm still getting in deep trouble a lot for mucking around and being disruptive in classes I find boring.

I can't say if you have ADD or ADHD. I tend to think that there are a lot of students that are "diagnosed" with ADD or ADHD that really aren't. You say you are bored, I can relate to that. Can you take harder classes or ones that you are interested in? We aren't all the same. We all have different interests.

The dorm mates aren't likely helping things. You're under a great deal of stress all the time. Not just in school but in the dorm. No wonder you're hyper.

Let the psychologist know about the bullying.

You'll catch up to your dorm mates soon, really.

Hang in there guest.

Hi Guest
Sorry to hear you are having such a tough time at school it really hurts when you are targeted by your classmates.
As Dan said you have most definitely started puberty and are in the early stages of it. You have experienced some growth and some of the body changes associated with puberty and you will continue to grow and develop. We can’t predict how long it takes or what the end result will be but it sounds like you are developing just as you should be even thou you may be a bit behind your classmates.
The bulling must be hard to deal with at times and may explain some of your behaviours it can be very hard to focus when you are not happy and acting out at times could be a way of relieving some of your frustrations.
When you meet with your school psychologist please tell him all the things that are being done to you by your classmates and your roommates. Please also tell the psychologist the effect that the bullying has on you and don’t be afraid to open up about what you are going through.
Telling your parents and your teachers would also be good because you don’t have to suffer through this alone and there is nothing wrong with getting help.
Changing rooms may be an option and hopefully your school has policies in place to deal with bullies.
They can test you for ADHD but there are also things you can do that may help staying away from things that contain a lot sugar may help settle you down never drink any energy drinks or eat energy bars.
Also how are your behaviours when you are away from school and in place that you are comfortable with and not being picked on?
Set yourself behaviour goals that are realistic and achievable like for this one period I am not going to muck around and I will focus the best I can but if I stray I won’t disrupt the class.
Your thirteen and being a little immature at times happens but I think maybe getting some help with being bullied and picked on would help you a great deal.
When you are not happy it can really mess with you so please look for and accept the help that your school and parents can give you.
You don’t need to act a certain way or like sports to be accepted by these idiots they are not worth trying to be friends with and try to avoid them when they start picking on you try ignoring them and walk away.
Good luck I hope things improve for you very soon.

I agree with Medic on the ADD issue, it is way overly diagnosed, the meds that are used have very damaging emotional, developemental side effects. I agree with the others really open up with the psycholigist, about the bullieing.

Think on this are you using your sillieness as an emotional armor to help keep the taunts and verbal abuse from hurting as much? If this is the case tell the psycholigist, I act up so it does not hurt as bad.

I had a learning disability as well was started into school at 4 instead of 5, I went threw much the same hell your experiencing now. The school wanted me in rittelin, my family DR refused, and was outraged. Physically and emotionally I was for the most part a year behind my class mates. There were subjects I was behind in due to my LD and had to work hard on and others I was ahead of my class, so was bored in the ones I was ahead of class grade level.
