Hi can you please help me I am going on camp next week and my period is due on tat day and on camp we are suppose to go swimming and I don't want to be the odd one out. I don't know how to wear a tampon and my parents are on a special vacation so I can't get pills or tampons please help me I need to get something sorted and I don't know what to do. Please please help me I can't figure out what to do I only have 1 week and it would be appreciated if you could help me before then%-)
do any of you know how maybe I could get my period to come earlier so that I can be calm at camp eh
Its okay my periods started today and I'm gonna have my period on camp but at least it didn't come on camp so I didn't know when or when I should wear a pad
