Well I take it if you haven't had actual sex you must of done something that has made semen get contact with your thing?
Go to your doctor or a parent to find out what is going on. Stomach pain and swelling is not normal. You cannot be pregnant unless a boy got his sperm inside your vagina. If he did, then the symptoms you are talking about would happen after you were several months pregnant with a BIG belly.
For your ankles; Don't sit on your butt all day. I'm actually pregnant and my ankles will swell if I don't walk or get up and move. Just move. walk around in your socks or barefoot, give your feet some air and relax. ice them too.
For your stomach; There are a thousand different possibilities of what could be wrong with your tummy hun. Find out where your pains are, if they're short and strong, or like a stomach ache and all over. If these pains are right above your V-square, around where your bladder is, You could be pregnant.
