Hi there everyone, my name is Lovely...I came here looking for some answers (hopefully) about my hands. I have had this major skin cracking, bleeding, just on the inside of my hands in random places for over 3yrs now off and on, gradually getting much worse. I first had it when I was in Fla. back in early '93. It came and then disappeared, until 3yrs ago when I was in Boston. Several said it was because of the very cold weather and dries out the skin. Thats when I was told about Eucerine and used it quite a lot. I have gone to different doctors, one telling me its an autoimmune deficiency, giving me all these topical ointments to use that do nothing and using these heavy duty ointments like Eucerin and soaking overnight w gloves on, to no avail... I've gone to specialists who cant figure out what is causing it and even more disheartening, cant find any solution to get rid of it. I have been suffering w this now for 3 yrs...will for no reason just split open and make very deep grooves in my skin and heal in one place just to split open in another. I now am fighting w it in my ears now. I keep my hands out of the water as much as possible and now have to wear latex gloves to do anything like cooking or cleaning. It's soooo painful, w the bleeding and constand peeling. I keep my hands moisturized as much as possible w Jergen Hydrating Coconut Milk, Medicine Mama's sweet bee magic healing skin cream and also Trader Joe's Shea Butter hand cream...nothing works to get rid of this and it hurts soooooo bad, its very debilitating...I was hoping someone could help me out w advice/health remedies or both. I really appreciate any and all help I can get, ty so much,Lovely

hello my name is Penny, i also have had this and iv had it for a year, i found that using certain chemicals and shampoos and soaps make it dry crack itch then bleed then scar and it seems to spread through my fingers and got more aggitated. over the last two weeks i have stopped using soaps shampoos disinfectants and applied hydrocortisone cream prescribed by a doctor and its cleared up lovely. try to keep yr body at normal temperature as that can trigger it being too hot or too cold. if you go to a doctor or chemist mention this---- DP HC 1% LOTION HYDROCORTISONE LOTION

Apply that up to 4 times a day and you should see results within the first 3 days. Its magic cream but i would like to know how you get on, if you go see a doctor he can prescribe it and you wont have to pay as much for it.It comes in a 250ml bottle so will be plenty for you. Can you let me know what happens as i would love to hear your result. Wish you luck :) Nice to meet you as well
