hi
Since 3 months ago I have changed my life style, meaning that I eat very healthy, do cardio and weight training.
I am very much happy with the results I am getting as now I fit into 20 instead of 24 size clothes but the problem is that although I am losing inches, I am not losing any pound. and I have to lose it as I weigh 235 lbs right now.
Please help me with this issue
How can I be losing weight as well as inches
Thank you
Mariam

Hey if your losing inches and not pounds your actually doing quite great! The heavier weight is related to muscle mass so another couple months and you'll start burning your excess fat weight. Your on a great path...keep it up!
Have you lost strength on this cut?
If so then you probably lost some LBM.
I would not completely trust the caliper since us mere mortals can make lots of mistakes in the pinching. You will get better at taking BF but make sure you take multiple readings from each site (and that they are not that different), avg the readings for each site and then put those numbers into the equation.
