I WALK ALONGWITH JOGGING, BECAUSE THATS THE MAXIMUM THAT I CAN DO TO KEEP ON GOING
USUALLY I JOG/WALK 4 KM DAILY
AT WEEKENDS I FREQUENTLY RUN/JOG FOR ABOUT 30 KM
SO I DONT PARTICIPATE IN ANY RACE, BECAUSE I BECOME THELAST FROM THE VERY START OF THE RACE
I AM 53 YEARS OLD AND I LOVE RUNNING
LAST YEAR I DID HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH MY SPINAL CORD, THAT LEFT ME WITH TWO FINGERS AND TOE OF MY LEF FOOT SOMEWHAT NUMB
I COULD NOT JOG FOR OVER 7 MONTHS
NOW I AM RESTARTING AGAIN
