At 5 weeks the only real things you may notice are your breasts may be a little sore and tender to touch you may also have the need to pee a bit more than normal you might also be feeling a bit of nausea but that's more likely to come in the next few weeks.

I feel very nauseous all the time. I'm bloated like heck.
That could be just gas you have as at 5 weeks the fetus would only be the size of a baked bean.
