One day I had a really bad panic attack and after that day I couldn\'t get better I always think that I\'m gonna get a heart attack or I been thinking that i'm really sick I been like this for like two monts help. I'm always thinking negative stuff like I'm gonna die. Or that I'm dieing I also have like a little ring in my ears
That happens for a long time after you have a panic attack. The best thing you can do is just breathe and try to be as calm as possible--I know it's hard, because I've done the same thing. Do you practice breathing?
