I can't tell you about the "little muscle" you're talking about, because you aren't that specific about it, but if you ejaculate normally without pressing on it, why do it? I wouldn't if I were you, anyway. You're probably blocking some semen from coming out. I don't know much about it, but I don't think that's a good thing. Just don't press down on the "little muscle," and you should be fine. If you are genuinely worried, I'd advise going to the doctor. I know it's embarrassing, but your parents should know that it's normal for people around our age (I'm 13) to masturbate, and doctors are there to answer questions, and make sure our bodies are all right.
As for your head getting wet when you get aroused by your girlfriend, that's natural. Most, if not all guys produce what I've read to be called "pre-cum." When you get aroused, your body gets ready to ejaculate. It produces the liquid that the sperm travels out of your penis in. Some, or all of the time, some of that liquid without sperm in it comes out when you are intensely aroused. I'm not sure if all of my facts are straight, but over all, that's basically what happens.

What you're actually doing by pressing down there is pushing on your prostate, which will, in fact block semen. It can also lead to more intense orgasms. :-)

That's not weird at all -- I've been with loads of guys who have lots of pre-cum. However, it can be a sign of an STI -- but not a determining factor as this is quite normal for males.
