Every night, after spending an hour at my gym Working Out, I arrive home only to enter a trance like state and then I begin baking loads of oatmeal-chip cookies, sometimes I even add flax seed, just to be on the healthy side. Well, My eating habits during the day are quite mellow. Breakfast, I'll have a pb jelly on a eggo waffle with a glass of apple juice and flax seed to get the stomache churning,you know. Then no snax till lunch. At lunch I do hi fiber soup. Like ministrone or lentil with another glass of apple juice-diluted(of course) with water by 3/4 to 1/4 juice. Anyhow, then at dinner I have some protein like a fillet of Gordon's fishy sandwhich and some shredded lettuce with carrots and avacado too. I'm constipated, and after ALL the fiber from all those foods and flax's mentioned, my belly protrudes like it's got a ton of air or water in it and it's ready to explode. I can't eliminate any waste currently, and after ALL that stuff daily, by the time I go to bed I am balled up in a fetal position with cramps to my abdominal area. What's wrong with me. The cramps are so bad, I don't even dare drive to the ER. What shall I do. Truly constipated and trying to drop 2o lbs too. How ironic ha?????

Dear "Constipated Jane" ever try ex-lax, or liquid lax in the  drug store aisle. These work wonders on your inner bowels, and usually well within 4 hours or less. :-)
