Gaia is right, Ivan, if you don't have anyone to talk to, like, someone you completely trust and who is always there for you, then you should definitely try and talk to a psychologist.
I have one advice when it comes to talking with psychologists. You see, not all of psychologists are good, some of them might even make your condition even worse. The point is to feel better after each visit to your psychologist. If you don't feel better after leaving your psychologist's office, I recommend you to stop seeing him and to look for another psychologist, I am saying this because of my own experience.
