im on the pill but i havent took my pill on the times i should, i have took it late once or twice. then a few days later i was spotting blood then it stopped . i rely on my pill for my contraception. Now i feel constapated my breasts feel tender i feel dizzy, im not being sick or anything like that.

im not due on my period for another 2 weeks so i dont no whether i am pregnant, because i have never had spotting or messed my pill up before..
i dont no wether it is all in my head??..
