I dont know if thats a puberty

hello, im 13, and i dont know if i hitted the puberty... i dont have hairs on my balls, and nowhere around there. I have no armpit hair,but i have hair on my hands and legs, i had it long time ago but it got a bit darker now, so it looks brown now, even if my hair colour is black. When i wank i dont realease any cum, and my voice never cracks (only if i shout alot) im worried about it, because everybody from my friends have their armpit hair , so i am kind of upset about it... I read lots of articles about puberty but i just cant find the answer. P.S Sorry for my grammar mistakes, because im not from USA or UK :P Please help me, coz i get upset more and more... i think it might be late puberty, but im not sure.. well all i notcied is that my strenght went up.. im 13, and i can pick up a person who is over 70 kill... i am 70kg myself. I put on lots of weight in 1 year.... i used to be really skinny... i was 50 kg when i was 11.. in 2 years im 70.... dont know whats happening
