Hi I am twelve and just wondering how I can stay fit. I don't really like sports so I'm wondering what I can do to stay healthy.

You don't have to do sports to be healthy. I'm assuming you mean stuff like baskcetball, football and the like. You might try bicycling, walking and swimming weather permitting. These are easy healthy forms of exercise that can be just about anywhere in your neighborhood. Given, that your're 12 years old, I'm wondering what interests you have. Do you have any friends that could walk or bicycle with you? It's good to have a companion with you. Bicyclying and walking in nature parks can be a blast. If you have any parks close by you might try that.
