I dry shaved. Everything was fine but now I have these bumps that look like lumps

Hi, I shave my vagina very often but I stopped because I threw out my old razor.. But my boyfriend came home and instead of running out and buying a new razor I used this super one one I had. I dry shaved. Everything was fine but now I have these bumps that look like lumps on the very beginning of my vagina. And I can't even pull open the beginning of my vagina without a very sharp pain please help me I don't know what to do and I don't want my boyfriend thinking I have something. By the way I've been tested I don't have anything so that's outta the question
