i have many probles :'( i cry my self to sleep every other day...
i have all these littles white pusy little pimples all over my penis... alot under foreskin.. bigger oens on my balls... on my lips...
on the penis head ive got some of these whites spots near the japs eye... the rest of it is all red looking and cracky due to these f**cking spots and there are some under the helmets....
i also have a few of these little scar things wherese pimple thing have burst...
it isnt a STD as i am a virgin partly due to this...
pls help somebody.. what is it.. im to ashamed to go to the doctor
ive had suspicions about it being fordyce...
is it possible to send photos in to see if anyone reckonises it :|

hey man i got the exact same problem i dunno whats wrong either it sucks!
i have this as well. i dunno why, i went to the doctor she said just make sure you wash properly.... this was a year ago and its just gotten worse. try not to let it bother you, because the way it affects me and diminishes my personality is the worst thing. either you'll sleep with a (hopefully drunk) randomer * who you don't care about, and it won't be an issue or eventually you'll find someone who genuinely likes you for you regardless of this.

This is irresponsible behavior. To sleep with someone you don't know or care about when you MAY have an STD or similar case is unconscionable.

thats a severe case of fordyce. i have a few fordyce's spots but none as terrible as what your talkin about. fordyces spots occur naturally in 90% of men and there is no permanent treatment. theres antibiotic cream stuff that you can rub over the fordyces spots but once you stop rubbing it on the spots they reappear. i recommend you buy a few tubes of the stuff and i wish you the best of luck.

If you're a virgin without sexual experience, I would suspect fordyce.
I first thought it might be just pearly pauples and not too worry about it, but you say it's getting worse.
A trip to an urologist is probably expensive, and I'd start with a family doctor to confirm fordyce fist.

I've had the same damn problem for years now! )~: It got so severe that my wife even left me because our relationship had no imtimate time anymore. I asked my local doctor and she said that simply sticking the stem of an apple in your japs eye for 5 minutesw can really improve your penis and take away the spots as it reduces the bacteria with the natural sugars in the apple stem. I tried it, and it has really helped!

Bacteria LOVE sugars. If anything, it would encourage them, not kill them.
That being said, if this is an old wives tale about how to cure something, it's a new one on me.
If the doc was absolutely serious about this, she must know something more than the rest of us.
Finally, an apple stem, while a fairly common item, seems to be the most random of objects to me.
You don't know if the stem has additional germs on it, or what will result from doing this. Is it just the dried out apple stem, or a core, or a freshly cut green stem? Seems like it might sting a lot.
(I wonder if the doc is suggesting something random with great confidence, as an attempt to make the patient THINK that this will help...and so, get their mind off their worries.... sort of like a placebo.)
