Hi I eperianced the same problem so I went through phases of not eating certain foods. It turns out I was allergic to qourn. I feel sick when I eat but that is because I have a routine so don't feel hungry when I eat. But leave foods out of your diet one at a time and see if it makes things improv:-|

So although this post old, I had to respond because I am experiencing the exact same thing. I have suffered from anxiety my whole life, and only recently have I become unable to eat anything without feeling violently ill. Anxiety definitely does not help this feeling, and can definitely make it worse, but it is not the cause. Also feeling terrified of being sick and so unsure about eating has created another anxiety that makes me feel like this will never end.

You may just have food allergies. I am the same way an I stopped eating wheat for a while and I felt better. When I started eating wheat again it came back.

Your ph might be off. I was feeling sick and having severe eczema outbreaks for the longest time. I also had many of the same symptoms you describe and the doctors were dumbfounded. I know I tried drinking apple cider vinegar every day (yuck!) and eliminated certain foods that were throwing my ph off but eventually I started feeling better and my eczema eased up. Now I only get outbreaks when it's really hot out but there's not much I can do about that. Research body ph and compare the foods you eat with the food charts and see if you can alter your diet. Drinking ACV is nasty but you get used to it eventually and that's definitely worth a try as vinegar has many good qualities about it. Best of luck to you.

I feel sick after eating most of the time. I found running makes me feel better. At least one mile, two is better, every other day. It's amazing. I don't think it really fixes the problem, but it works, nothing else does, except not eating.

I am a 14 year old girl and I feel sick after I eat ANYTHING- just like all of you. I am so worried something is wrong with me, and I saw a post above that said "I have a fear of throwing up". As do I - a big fear. I can handle it, but I hate it. I feel sick after eating anything, etc. etc. I feel like there is a knot in my stomach and it's so uncomfortable. I am really worried, but less so know that I know other people have this. I've done research, and yes, the body is a complex machine. You may shoot out too much insulin, making you feel bad. I've been trying to sick to simple foods, like eggs, bananas, smoothies, turkey, more meat, sandwiches, and less of my favorite food in the world - cereal. :-( I've tried so hard and today I got it again, which is why I cam here looking for answers. Is it hormones? I am 14, maybe that's it. I didn't get alot of sleep last night...maybe that's it too. My body is very sensitive and gets sick easily, which sucks.
My advice:
Sleep More
Eat when you feel yucky...or drink if that helps
Deep breathes (seems to help me a tad)
Less sugars
More meat
More simple foods
Best of luck to ANYONE with the same problem.

Hi - have you had your liver checked? & is pain definately only stomach related and not abdomen? 'Sugar' in some form or another is in all of those things u listed- so eat stuff without sugar and fat and see if you still have the pain... porridge with water for example.

Clear your head. It's kind of like getting a crush on someone and not being able to eat. Some people have anxiety for no reason at all except for chemical problems in their body. Anti-depressants fix this. You might say "I'm not depressed or don't feel anxious", but if you're chest is tight alot and you got other unexplained problems like sweaty hands, it could really be a chemical imbalance.

I have had issues like this for a while and have see a ton of specialists. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and gastritis. I have no found anything to help me. Eating a very small portion or not eating at all helps relieve a little of the nausea. Hope this helps.

Your symptoms sound like what my son started experiencing when he was 14. Is your skin sensitive to the touch as well? I did a lot of research online when he first got sick and it seemed to lead to Fibromyalgia. After over a year of tests from Cardiologists, Neurologists, Psychologists, Gastroenterologists, and finally a Rhuematologist, they finally agreed with me and diagnosed him with Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. We had him treated for a year at this clinic and it helped him immensely. The closest one to us was in Dallas so we had to drive 4 hours to be seen but it was worth it. They prescribe mostly supplements and are really thorough with bloodwork and checking out everything that's going on with you. Check out this site: fibroandfatigue.com. My son is still not back in school, but he's a lot better than the bed ridden depressed kid he was a year ago. Good luck to you!

Are you on a strict gluten free diet? And if you are give it time, it can take a few weeks-a few months for symptoms to subside. Is the supplement you are putting in your shake and taking gluten free? I had all of the symptoms you listed and went through the same things you did with doctors. When I finally went gluten free within a month 90% of my symptoms went away! I have been gluten free for 6 years. It has gotten so much easier to eat this way. A lot of restaurants off gluten free options and regular grocery stores are offering GF products. Just be careful not to eat too much of the processed stuff. Just because it's GF doesn't mean it's healthier! I hope you are feeling better soon!

Symptons are very varied, and sorry by the way.
If you eat loads of fish i would say it mercury poisoning could cause all of the above.
candida could also cause all of the above.
