I just had soccer today, and near the end of the game I would i guess say that my body went into some sort of state of shock. I could barely breath, and i was very shaly on the inside and outside. After a few minutes I'm okay though. My mother seems to think I am hypoglycemic because i had no sugar before that game and i have to lower my sugar intake because I have IBS. My mother is border line hypoglycemic.

Do you know what could be happening or what I have.

hey, there are 2 possible causes for feeling dizziness and shaky after intense workout, first one and more harmless one, which is the way you breathe during exercise and your oxygen intake, if its bad and your intake is low you get to feel dizzy and shaky. Second and more serious is caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, as the result of deteriorating lungs and an overproduction of mucus that makes it difficult to breathe. So, best advice is to try to improve your breathing, check some online tutorials, if that doesn't help consult your physician. Hope this helped.
