The blisting and soreness if fault of your own, putting hydrogen peroxide in your mouth is a stupid idea, it's a very strong alcohol that'll cause a lot of irritation (Mouthwashes use it it very small amounts, and it can still cause irritation especially with sore areas), it's a poison, avoid it.
Salt water rinse is the best you can do, although bonjella(?) or some other mouth numbing product could be added to it, but won't help with healing.
Your fine, mouths heal super fast, hot salty water a few times a day and it'll be gone as well as the irritation in no time .
