I got my first depo shot and I'm bleeding. Will I bleed for whole 6 straight months?

I Just Got On The Depo Shot Last 7-10 Days ago , an I began to bleed . Will I bleed the whole 6 months straight everyday ? Or will it be on an off . Will I still be able to have sex . Please help
