Hey there, 3 years ago i had a accident which lead to me breaking the middle of my nose. Its left a horrible bump in the middle and i was told to go to the hospital. I went to the hospital and i was told my nose was just swollen and it will heal over time. So i left it for weeks,months and years and the bump has not gone down.
This bump does not cause me any breathing difficulty however sometimes when i breath into my nose it sounds weird. My nose can feel sore if i try squeeze it together. I am asking for some advice on what i should do and what treatment methods are available for me. (IF ANY)
If needed i can supply photos of a before and after if that would help and i am 17 years old.

By now, even if it was broken, it would have healed. Sometimes scar tissues can form from an injury as well.
You might consider seeing a reconstructive (plastic) surgeon.

Its the fact my nose is a completely different shape to what it was before. I guessing this reconstructive surgery will cost me money

Yes, it will probably cost you money. Insurance may cover the cost if there is a medical need for it.
I understand that it is a different shape. By now though, it has healed. It doesn't sound as though it healed correctly so it will need surgery to repair.
